Some 'lineage' had written to the authority voicing out their dissatisfactions towards serving the Government. They are the part where they support the administrative region. They labelled themselves as 'Third-grader' and dissatisfactions are to be stoned at the recent ascension of the administrative personnels which happens at faster rate than they are. They were saying that 'green-horns' are not fully qualifiied to surf with the globalisation 'forest'. To them, age and experience counts the most, when it comes to sitting at higher hierarchy despite whatever reasons and justifications given.

Such a fruity preference I had flashed at the title case I presume. Nevertheless, it should describe perfectly on what I am going to share with my respected and beloved visitors of the PTDPortal afterwards.

I want to beg everybody's pardon and to excuse me for I am about to begin this with a skip and skirt around your rusty mind. Squirting a little bit of significant glimpse thinking lubricants so that after this, you might want to jump up from your soothing zone and shout out; "you are right and we ought to do something!"

The subject is the inane humans who falls under the great pressure of working and the complex aspect involved is how they view the working system to themselves. The view may involves us or might not but consider my next pontification before you jump to any conclusion.

So, the fringe for today's subject is that there will always exist a cast of lineage who lives beneath being at  'greatful' level and willingly echoed it to all other living being that they are stark raving mad towards the system. Regardless whether that specific system that they are disgusted at would benefit others. Except for him thats the main reason.

Then, this kind of casts will try to speculate, condemn, dope out, excogitate any means or methods to say that the world is cruel to them. I specifically refer to an issue which is about to become a cancer to the system. The aforementioned kind of people.

They had allegedly claim that the system that they serve at is not being fair at all. In addition, they further surged that they are underpaid, not being covered well and in result of that they start to blame another party who is also another upper-level part of the system. The administrative and the most diplomatic part.

Actually, this party ascends with the system's needs. The time and justification is just right. But these lineage, would accused to other things such as not being offered any opportunities as well as not being given a chance to expand and diversify their career line .

This battle-cry will inflict a lot of damage if it were to be taken narratively and 'sensationally' after it has been disclosed to the public at large. Some lineage might misinterpret and might trigger (or worse, burst) an outrage later.

But then again, the claim is untrue, half-false and inaccurate. Upon this kind of mishanthropic, the solution is as simple as blinking eyes. If I were to be given the mandate to put a solution to this 'rapacious tumor', I may sack him from the service. If so, he will win and the allege will become true.

Therefore, my recommendations is that to put him under a chastise. Under a very strict supervision. Plus, let him prove compulsorily that he is up to what he claims he is. In line with that, Comparisons and Key Perfomance should be 'indexed' directly to him.

If he managed to prove as claimed before, (which is unlikely) then maybe the system should be put a remark. Maybe this is the time to improve and to move on. It is time we glide together with the globalisation and to put a stop to the old and conservative system.

It has been a while since the same issues upsurged. Nowadays, maybe people is learning faster than we expected which is good. Or maybe the time had come that everybody is thinking about tides instead of waves. Galaxies instead of spectacles of star-dust which passes by once in a while in the midst of a night. Or maybe I am being too critical.

As for the moment, comeuppance for the lineage or casts seems to stay where they are. No authorities has echoed any solution. Or maybe again, this is the best outcome to have at the moment. For me, this bobbing up issue have clicked my vast web of views. Just, wondering what about others? I will leave you at these note to ponder. I always believe there are a lot of thinkers out there. Let us starts on our engine and off we discuss with the issue.

Fuhh..berpeluh gak baca article nih..i would be glad if i could understand what issue is being discussed here..unfortunately,i couldnt even see any topic in the 'isu semasa' forum..anyway,what 'that person' did must be somethg so serious?maybe he had denied the competency of ptds in certain position?as what i read in todays newspaper on the comment made by NUTP regarding d position given to the ptds in JPN..for me, we should find out what makes other party question the capability of ptds to be in the top of the hierarchy?and to prove that it doesnt mean the highly experienced is better to be the top person in an organisation compared to the talented so-called 'green horns'..

i've started sigh-ing the moment i lay my eyes on the title. it's supposed to be COME-UPPANCE, and i'm so sorry to say this, but dear author, you're trying too hard on impressing your readers. Bombarding bombastic words do not really help others to comprehend your compositions well, moreover that your vocabulary is just everywhere, tumbling up and down, inside out. Seriously, what's the harm of using moderate bombastic words?
